Hello, I'm Katie, founder of KDB Energy Academy, a certified health & wellness coach with a BA(Hons) in Dance, and a 300 Specialist Women's Yoga Teacher. My journey has taken me across the globe, working in showbusiness, but it was the challenges of a twin pregnancy, two abdominal surgeries, and the mental and physical battles that truly shaped who I am today.
