✔ Try This: Before pushing through exhaustion, pause and ask, “Would I expect my best friend to keep going like this?
2️⃣ Use Breathwork to Reset Your Nervous System
When we’re stressed, our breath becomes shallow, keeping us stuck in fight-or-flight mode. Just a few minutes of breathwork can shift you into a state of calm clarity.
✔ Try This: Take 10 deep belly breaths—inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 6.
3️⃣ Create Small ‘Reset Rituals’ Throughout Your Day
Resilience isn’t about avoiding stress—it’s about having the tools to come back to balance. Simple resets like a 2-minute stretch, a deep breath, or a short walk can break the cycle of burnout.
✔ Try This: Set a reminder on your phone to step away for 2 minutes every hour—breathe, move, reset.
Burnout doesn’t mean you’re weak. It doesn’t mean you’re not capable. It just means your body is asking for a new way of being.
